Very good product!

I don't notice any effect when taking only one pill, but I notice it enough for demanding workouts when taking two pills 30 minutes apart.

Good buy

It gives you an extra push for the more difficult workouts such as leg workouts and on those days when you don't feel like training.

I recommend it for training

I recommend this product for training because there are days when you are not at 100% but taking this product compensates for that fatigue and you train at your best.
