Caffeine 200mg

Great as a coffee substitute

I only take it when I'm a little tired before training, I train in the mornings so it's sometimes the perfect substitute for coffee. You can really notice that you have more pep and energy.

No noticeable

It is not very noticeable, it is true that I only took it once, but that is my feeling.

The truth is that the supplement has a VERY competitive price with others on the market, the presentation is good and its effect is also good, so I highly recommend it.
