For those who do not work there can only be certain causes: Either they have tolerance and need the body to purge a few days free of this substance, or they have slept very poorly, or they have a more resistant genetics. Personally, I had never taken caffeine, and what the 200mg causes me is to be awake for a few hours, having slept about 4 hours the night before, so it fulfills its function, but it has not made me tremble or raise my heart rate (which I see as positive).

Para los que no les funciona solo puede haber ciertas causas: O bien tienen tolerancia y necesitan que el cuerpo depure unos días libre de esta sustancia, o bien han dormido muy mal, o tienen una genética más resistente. Personalmente, yo nunca había tomado cafeína, y los 200mg lo que me provoca es estar despierto unas horas, habiendo durmiendo unas 4h la noche anterior, así que cumple su función, pero tampoco me ha hecho temblar o subir pulsaciones (lo cuál lo veo positivo).

I don't use it as my main source of caffeine but as a life saver, I leave it in my backpack in case I don't have time or I forget to have a coffee. I don't notice it much

Maybe I don't notice it too much because I'm used to coffee, but maybe it's also because it contains hydroxypropylcellulose, which makes caffeine absorption much more erratic. This would be a point to improve.

Quizás no la noto mucho por estar acostumbrado al café, pero quizás sea también por contenet hidroxipropilcelulosa, que hace que la absorción de la cafeína sea mucho más errática. Sería un punto a mejorar.
