Better in tablet form than in powder form
Caffeine 200mg in pills is much better to take because you just swallow it and that's it. This way you do not notice the bitter taste as with caffeine powder and the results are the same. This way it is much faster and more convenient to take caffeine.

Effective
Small and comfortable tablets. The effect is noticeable after 30-60 minutes. Good for before training if you are tired or do not have that push you need to go to the gym.

Caffeine
By itself I never tried it but only in combination with Theanine,to feel a good charge takes two .

Useful
I use it in the morning when I go to train when I don't have time for breakfast and it's that push of coffee that wakes me up 100 percent without speeding me up too much.
