I bought this product as a result of having PCOS with hypothyroidism and always feeling tired. I took 1 capsule a day and I finally had energy and even no headache due to the tiredness. The first day I could not sleep a wink because I am not used to taking so much caffeine (which is still a normal and safe dose), and also easier to take than if you take 4 coffees a day.
