I have been taking Chitosan for years before large meals and it works for me. Normally the 500 mg that I had found until now, tripled the price and with the same composition. At HSN I have found it at a very reasonable price, so I do not change and I always replace it.

It works
I have been using this product for many years. The truth is that it has always been very good for me. I take a couple of capsules before a meal out of the ordinary. The capsules have a normal size and are swallowed without difficulty and have no taste, or at least, it does not give me time to get any flavor.
