I use it as an analgesic
From time to time I suffer from migraines, and unless I get them very strong all at once, I no longer take medication to treat them but simply take this turmeric extract. Highly recommended.

This is another supplement that I started taking because I usually walk with joint pain, but I really could not say if it works or not because I have not noticed improvement in this regard. I understand that miracles do not work no matter how many superfoods they are.
