You must understand that curcumin is especially indicated for inflammatory processes at visceral and digestive level. If you want a product for articular level you should think about arnica, devil's claw, cat's claw, shark cartilage, etc. Best regards

Good product
I am consuming this product for the first time with the idea of reducing intestinal and locomotor inflammation in general. I will have consumed approximately half of the bottle and the inflammatory symptoms I can notice have diminished. I think it is too early to give an opinion and I hope to have a more objective criterion perhaps in a couple of months. The format is correct and the dosage is ideal.

Turmeric has many beneficial properties.
