A good supplement

Turmeric is a great supplement, although it is true that when I finish one of these bottles, I take two or three of ginger (which for me is the star supplement). But nevertheless it is good and being from HSN I know it is quality.

La cúrcuma es un gran suplemento, aunque si que es verdad que cuando termino uno de estos botes, después me tomo dos o tres de gengibre ( que para mí es el suplemento estrella). Pero a pesar de ello es bueno y al ser de HSN sé que es de calidad.

They are very easy to take capsules. They have no taste. But the best thing is that since I've been taking them I've noticed a lot of improvement in joint inflammation.
