Improves mood

Improves mood (antidepressant) PROVEN. It has been one of my lifesavers during months of extreme stress at work (systems, telecommunications), along with ALCAR and ASWAGANDHA. In my opinion... it is a bit expensive. Now I have less stress and I take it 1 or 2 times a week, instead of every day.

Mejora el ánimo (antidepresivo) COMPROBADO. Ha sido uno de mis salvavidas durante meses de muchísimo stress en el trabajo (sistemas, telecomunicaciones), junto con el ALCAR y el ASWAGANDHA. A mi entender... es un poco caro. Ahora tengo menos stress y lo tomo 1 ó 2 veces a la semana, en lugar de todos los días.
