Perfect for sop

I started with Inositol powder and wanted to try it in pills. Thanks to Inositol and I no longer suffer from severe belly pains. Even my acne has improved a lot. It says to take it after every meal but I used to forget, I took the 3 shots after breakfast and it's great for me.

Empecé con el Inositol en polvo y quise probar en pastillas. Gracias al Inositol y ya no sufro dolores fuertes de vientre. Incluso el acné ha mejorado mucho. Dice que se tome después de cada comida pero a mí que se me olvidaba, me tomaba las 3 tomas después de desayunar y me viene genial.
