Improves menstrual symptoms

I am entering peri-menopause and my periods are very irregular and quite uncomfortable, so I was recommended to take inositol. I have been taking it for a very short time but so far I have had no adverse effects. The pills have a neutral taste and are easy to take.

For the price it is great, although it has a low dose of inositol, and it has already helped me a lot in various aspects of my health. I give it 3 stars in effectiveness because it could have as I said more doses or more quantity to take, because those of us who have hormonal problems need more inositol.
