As for the packaging, I like it better in glass but I understand that it would raise the price. I used it for hormonal problems and it did the expected effect complementing with other supplements.

I took it for the first time when I bought the B-complex with less mg of inositol and it immediately changed my mood and I was happier, so I decided to try just inositol with more mg and I hope it goes great.

Perfect to combine with d-chiro inositol. I tried the powder but will go back to the capsules as they are easier to take and don't have such a strong taste.
