Still testing it

I took it for the first time when I bought the B-complex with less mg of inositol and it immediately changed my mood and I was happier, so I decided to try just inositol with more mg and I hope it goes great.

Lo tomé por primera vez cuando compre el B-complex que venían menos mg de inositol y enseguida se me cambió el ánimo y estaba más contenta, así que decidí probar sólo inositol con más mg y espero que vaya genial.

Best capsule format

Perfect to combine with d-chiro inositol. I tried the powder but will go back to the capsules as they are easier to take and don't have such a strong taste.

Perfecto para combinarlo con el d-chiro inositol. Probé el polvo pero volveré a las cápsulas pues son más fáciles de tomar y no tienen esa sabor tan fuerte.

No menstrual cramps.

Since I have been taking them, I have had controlled periods and no menstrual cramps, I used to have a terrible time and now nothing. I stopped taking them for a couple of months and had to start taking them again.
