Great supplement for definition

If it works as it should, I don't usually sweat, but by doing cardio I am able to sweat a lot, strengthening my cardio training a lot. I will continue to order in this format because it is easier to control the dosage than in powder form. The pills are large, watch out.

Si funciona como deberia, yo que no suelo sudar, haciendo cardio logro sudar mucho, fortaleciendo el entreno de cardio mucho. Seguire pidiendo en este formato porque es mas facil controlar la dosis que en polvo. Las pastillas son grandes, ojo.

Good

The presentation is good and the seal is airtight. Personally I use it daily but more in periods of definition fasting with a good coffee before cardio. the results are noticeable.

La presentacion es buena y su cierre hermetico. Personalmente la uso a diario pero mas en periodos de definicion en ayunas con un buen cafe antes del cardio. los resultados se notan.
