Andean maca extract (10:1) 500mg

They did not meet my expectations

They have neither regulated my menstruation nor improved my libido. They have given me a little more energy but for that I already have green tea. I guess there are those who do not have much effect and it has been my turn. I have bought another brand and I don't notice anything either, so my problem is not solved with maca.

Difficult to see results in the short term

Research says it can help build muscle, let's see how it does in the long run. It's worth a try.

Great experience

I buy Maca for my husband, it helps him to overcome the working day with energy, he is very happy, it also keeps his muscle mass, he is not so young anymore. I recommend it for men from 45 years old, you will see results after taking the supplement for a couple of months.
