Very good supplement

After several days using this melatonin, I can say that it is a great success. On the one hand, the tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste. On the other hand, and the one that has caught my attention the most, is that I am able to fall asleep more easily. In addition, I am sleeping straight through, when I usually used to wake up several times during the night. 100% recommendable.

Tras varios días usando esta melatonina, puedo decir que es un gran acierto. Por un lado los comprimidos son fáciles de ingerir y no tiene sabor. Por otro lado y el que más me ha llamado la atención, es que soy capaz de conciliar el sueño con más facilidad. My favorite

I always recommend it, the best price for the same amount per shots and it doesn't cost you much to get up. I have taken others from the pharmacy with slow segregation and I could not even get up in the morning after sleeping 8 hours.

La recomiendo siempre, el mejor precio por la misma cantidad por tomas y no te cuesta mucho levantarte. He tomado otras de la farmacia de segregación lenta y no podía ni levantarme por la mañana después de dormir 8 horas.

Deep rest

Since I started taking melatonin 1.9 mg, I notice that I fall asleep much faster and get a deeper and more restful sleep. It's great for me to disconnect at the end of the day and rest better. Highly recommended if you have trouble falling asleep naturally.

I have found it a very good option and I can divide the tablet in 2 and get double the amount because with half the concentration it already makes a difference.

Me ha parecido una muy buena opción y puedo dividir la pastilla en 2 y obtener el doble de la cantidad pues con la mitad de la concentración ya se nota diferencia.
