Es B3 con base de nicotinamida. Lo uso tras investigar los precursores del NAD+ y descubrir en la bibliografía que es precursor directo del NMN, gracias a la encima NAMPT. Su efecto se nota al poco tiempo y es como tomar una dosis grande de NMN por un precio 20 veces inferior, siempre que nuestros niveles de NAMPT sean suficientes, claro está.
NOTA: Puede reducir la lipólisis e incrementar los niveles de uricemia. Podría ser interesante su uso intermitente en períodos de definición (para normalizar la lipólisis) y su uso simultáneo a la Caseina micelar (de efecto uricosúrico) para reducir esos efectos en momentos concretos.
