Good antioxidant

I take it on an empty stomach together with alpha lipoic acid. Both are very good antioxidants. I take them in times of increased wear and tear and it works great. Highly recommended

Lo tomo en ayunas junto al ácido alfa lipoico. Ambos muy buenos antioxidantes. Los tomo en épocas de mayor desgaste y me va genial. Muy recomendable
