Good supplement for joints, I for me chondropatia knee. The bad thing is the size of the tablet that is somewhat large if you find it hard to swallow. It has no taste.

Good product
Some time ago a relative recommended glucosamine to me to relieve joint pain. My knees are very damaged and I rely on this product because I do appreciate that it helps. I combine it with MSM. Only downside: the tablets are large and scratchy.

Relief for my knees
I alternate it with chondroitin because it is not good to take it for more than three months in a row. It is very good for my knee and shoulder pains. It is noticeable when you stop taking it, as the pains appear again.
