I alternate it with chondroitin for hips and knees. The rheumatologist's guideline is 4 months chondro + 2 months glucosamine and then return to chondroitin. The truth is that I have improved a lot and I hardly have any day with pain. VERY VERY EFFECTIVE. The presentation of 120 tablets gives me a year and is very comfortable. Somewhat large tablets... but it pays off!
Lo alterno con CONDROITINA para cadera y rodillas. La pauta del reumatólogo es 4 meses condro + 2 meses glucosamina y volver a la condroitina. La verdad es que he mejorado muchísimo y apenas tengo algún día con dolor. MUY MUY EFICAZ. la presentación de 120 comprimidos me da para un año y me es muy cómoda. Tabletas algo grandes... pero compensa!!

Large capsules but can be swallowed without any problem. Since I have been taking glucosamine sulfate my joint pains have decreased significantly. I highly recommend it.
Cápsulas grandes pero se pueden tragar sin problema. Desde que tomo el sulfato de glucosamina los dolores articulares han disminuido significativamente. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
