The canister lasts for one year
I bought it because I have low vitamin D, it came out in the analytical although I have not noticed anything in the bones I still take it to avoid hosteoporosis or anything. Lo compre porque tengo la vitamina D baja, me salio en la analitica aunque no he notado nada en los huesos todavia la tomo para evitar hosteoporosis o cualquier cosa.
