Does its job for the time being

I don't take it in bread like others but in water in the morning, half a scoop. It is helping me with transit and gas (more in the latter) but it is still not totally perfect, I guess because I have been taking it for a short time. That it dissolves well.... regular. In cold liquid it makes a thousand lumps, I do not recommend it. In warm water it is necessary to stir with some work, I will try it in warm water to see. It tastes but little, just a few sips, it can be tolerated. I would have liked a bottle better, it is more convenient. I understand that they use envelopes with large formats but this one could be put in something more convenient than airtight bags.

Yo no lo tomo en pan como otros sino en agua por la mañana, medio cacito. Me está ayudando con el tránsito y gases (más en lo segundo) pero aún no va totalmente perfecto, supongo que porque llevo poco. Eso de que disuelve bien.... regular. En líquido frío hace mil grumos, no lo recomiendo. En agua del tiempo es necesario remover con cierto trabajo, probaré en templado a ver. Sabe pero poquito, apenas unos sorbos, se puede tolerar. Me hubiese gustado más un bote, es más cómodo. Entiendo que usen sobres con formatos grandes pero éste se podía poner en algo más cómodo que las bolsas herméticas
