The one I always take

I ditched whey protein because it bloated my belly and I got pimples on my face from lactose, with the soy one never again. It’s reasonably priced, so I take advantage and have 2 shakes a day. Also the phytoestrogens from soy and the fiber, and its complete protein are for me better than whey. I always pick the coffee with caramel and the vanilla one.

Dejé la whey proteína porque me distendia el abdomen y me salían granos en la cara por la lactosa, con la de soja nunca más. Esta bien de precio por lo que aprovecho para tomar 2 batidos por día. Además los fitoestrógenos de la soja y la fibra, y su proteína completa para mi mejor que la whey. Siempre cojo la de café con caramelo y la de vainilla.

Soy protein at an irresistible price. Within its category it's a very good product. The only downside is that it doesn't have an organic certification, but that's normal and it's still very good, and with the price it's even better.

Good taste, I expected it to be much worse. A bit gritty if you take it just with milk, but with cereals you barely notice it. The chocolate flavor is pretty good, it dissolves very well in milk.
