Muy buenas, Es la primera vez que consumo una proteína en polvo. Elegí esta opción porque soy alérgico a la Lactosa y esta opción ha sido una perfecta elección. He probado diferentes maneras de probarlo, ya que en una primera instancia no me convencia por el dulzor. Pero puedo decir que con hielo , bien frio y sin mezclar con avena esta riquisimo. Lo recomiendo y probaré otros sabores.

Proteins are really good, I often have digestive problems with proteins bought at Decathlon or similar, basically I either spent a fortune or I felt bad. HSN digests them for me, it's wonderful and the price is really convenient! I hope they also show results on the body, but for now it's early. Only flaw, the packaging closing system, they all close pretty badly or with a lot of difficulty.
Proteine davvero ottime, soffro spesso di problemi digestivi con le proteine comprate al dechatlon o simili, insomma o spendevo una follia o stavo male. HSN le digerisco che è una meraviglia ed il costo è davvero conveniente! Spero diano anche i risultati sul fisico, ma per ora è presto. Unica pecca, il sistema di chiusura del packaging, si chiudono tutti più o meno male o con molto difficoltà.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised, I had a bad impression of vegan proteins because a while ago I tried pea protein and the texture was really gritty and I didn’t like it at all. However the soy protein isolate has an amazing texture, it’s a bit denser than whey but it’s honestly tasty, it’s really nice. Hopefully they come out with a vanilla one without sweeteners.
La verdad que me ha sorprendido para bien, tenía un mal concepto de las proteínas veganas porque hace tiempo probé la de guisante y la textura era muy arenosa y no me gustó nada. Sin embargo el aislado de proteína de soja tiene una textura espectacular, es un poco más densa que la whey pero está francamente buena, es muy agradable. Ojalá saquen una de vainilla sin edulcorantes.
