I’ve been bodybuilding for 30 years, and I’ve been using soy protein isolate for at least 4 years, both flavoured and unflavoured. I definitely prefer the unflavoured version. The bag has a really handy, effective seal, and the powder has none of the gritty texture you often get with this type of protein. It also dissolves really well, and the price is competitive.
