I gave it 3 stars for effectiveness because I only use it to make homemade ice cream—as a thickener. The texture is creamy and silky, but not pasty. Large package. I definitely recommend it.

I've been using this protein for a long time—it tastes great, dissolves easily, and is complete. I've tried all the flavors, and they're all of excellent quality and dissolve very well.

I switched to plant-based protein because I wanted to cut back on animal products as much as possible, and I ended up liking it better because it tastes much less sweetened. It’s true that the texture can feel a little strange at first, but you really do get used to it. In my case, it works really well with soy milk.
