It’s quite thick when mixed with water, which is how I have it. The flavour is good, and it does the job for the price. The only downside is that it leaves a bad smell in the shaker if you don’t wash it straight away.

Unbeatable value for a plant-based protein. It digests really well and doesn’t cause gas. Heads up: it thickens much more than traditional whey, so you’ll need more liquid in a shaker. For porridge or baking, though, it’s one of the best because it gives a fantastic texture. The sweet flavours mask the soy base well; the unflavoured version has a slight beany taste but works in savoury recipes.

Calidad-precio imbatible para ser vegetal. La digestión es impecable y no da gases. Ojo: espesa bastante más que la whey tradicional, por lo que en shaker requiere más líquido. Sin embargo, para gachas, porridge o repostería es de lo mejor porque aporta una textura espectacular. Los sabores dulces tapan bien la base de soja; el neutro se nota un pelín a legumbre pero vale para salado.
