I started taking these proteins a few years ago and I've felt immense benefits from them, a much healthier body. So much so that I've been recommending them to family and friends and the trend is catching on. Among the flavors I like best are chocolate and strawberry. For me it could be less sweet, speculoos, salted caramel and others are even sweeter. The speculoos I usually make with cinnamon.
