Because of the whey price increase, I decided to try the soy protein and I was pleasantly surprised. Years ago I tried soy protein and I didn’t like the texture or the taste. However this HSN soy protein dissolves really well and has a pleasant flavor (chocolate). Very pleasantly surprised.

First experience with soy isolates, looking for an alternative cheaper and more sustainable than whey. The chocolate and hazelnut sweet flavor is definitely tasty and the product is much more soluble than the pea proteins tried previously. The biological value is very close to milk proteins and, as far as I’m concerned, it’s a successful experiment.

Better than whey.

After that brutal price hike, this is the protein I would recommend daily today, it delivers an excellent amino profile and if you’re coming from whey, by adding a 10-15 more to each serving you almost match the loss of certain amino acids, more than making up for it economically, that said it’s much heavier to digest and I recommend taking it by itself with water.

Después de la subida tan criminal de precios esta es la proteína que mas recomendaria a diario de hoy, cumple con un aminogrgtama excelente y si vienes del suero con añadir un 10-15mas a cada porción casi que igualas la perdida de ciertos aminoácidos compensando de sobra a nivel económico, eso si es mucho mas pesada para digerirla y recomiendo tomarla sola con agua.
