Instant oat flour 1kg strawberry and white chocolate

Strawberry and chocolate

I mix oats with egg whites and an egg to make myself a kind of mousse, finally I top it with some frozen raspberries. A great-tasting breakfast.

Cheesecake

It's the one I buy the most, I use it for breakfast to make pancakes with egg whites and eggs. The flavor isn't exactly what they say, but it's pretty good.

Instant oat flour 1kg unflavoured

Hi

The flavor is neutral to mix with the protein and have the shake for breakfast. The only thing I can comment on is the texture, which is good; besides that, it does its job.

Instant oat flour 3kg snickerdoodle

Delicious oat flour

I tried this oat flour because it’s really easy to use. I found solubility a bit tougher, but you just have to stir more and you get a creamy mixture with no lumps.

Instant oat flour 1kg cookies & cream

Good supplement

Oats flour in this format is a great supplement for bulking due to its ease of use and its macros. The only downside is that it can cause bloating and gas in some people (in that case, better opt for rice cream)
