Consistency

Well, I have to say that I really like the taste and texture—it's very delicious, and you can easily make oatmeal cookies with it.

Quantity

I have to say, you won't find anything like this anywhere else at this price—especially in this quantity. It does the job.

Instant oat flour single serving 50g cookies & cream

One of the most B-B-B options I've found for oatmeal

In terms of price, flavor, and the quality of the product itself, this is one of the best options I've found—not just for shakes, but for almost any kind of pre- or post-workout mix or supplement you might want to make.
