Great

I love it. I make myself pancakes with it and they are super fast to make and a taste for me very rich. I bought cocoa flavor.

Instant oat flour

Correct

The product is very good, it dissolves well. I usually put it in the shaker with protein as a pre-workout or when I'm just in time for breakfast, it's very useful. But the packaging makes the powder always scatter and the kitchen sink looks like a bakery. I recommend using a separate jar.

Instant oat flour 1kg unflavoured

Useful

is great for adding in a recipe to the flavored one, because it costs less and so there is a savings in the long run, and because by itself it is not very good.

Instant oat flour 1kg chocolate & peanut

Good

Tastes good and yields perfect with pancakes made with whipped egg whites, the bag a little annoying, but I just pour it into a container as soon as it arrives and solve the problem.

Instant oat flour 3kg brownie

Excellent

For making pancakes with egg whites, it's perfect; I use it every day; it tastes really good and unlike other brands it doesn't really give the feeling of being fake.

Oats

Mild flavors and not too sweet, it is worth it, although the closure of the bag is sometimes broken.

I prefer other oat formats

I like to take beta-glucans or fiber directly, but as a carbohydrate it's fine. It's a matter of preference, obviously this one goes better for training than the other.
