Instant oat flour
Perfect for adding calories
I use it to make smoothies at night to add extra calories to the diet. It blends very well. Being able to use it to cook pancakes or biscuits is a plus.

Chocolate oatmeal
Chocolate flavor very successful and very convenient to use. Too bad it is a product with so much sweetener.

Functional supplement
The pancakes are very good, the flavor is very strong, possibly the next time I get it without flavor, but still highly recommended.

Instant oat flour
Good Oatmeal a little expensive
I always order this unflavored oat flour, to avoid sweeteners and for versatility. I buy it here because it is not easy to find precooked oat flour. The rest are heated in the flouring process but not precooked. I would also like it to be cheaper, since the price is triple that of other whole oat flours even if they are not precooked.

Instant oat flour
Essential for pancakes
Essential for pancakes. Top it with whipped cheese and some of the brand's syrups and enjoy.
