Instant oat flour

Great for making pancakes

With this flour I make protein pancakes for breakfast for me and my daughter who also loves it.

Instant oat flour

A must in my fitness diet

I always take it unflavored, it is not bad at all and I like the taste of oatmeal itself, as they say for different tastes and colors. A basic with nutrients in the right proportions for any diet except for celiacs. The only negative point is the zip of the bag that can break if you are not careful.

Instant oat flour

Very good

It is the first time I try it and I will certainly repeat, it is very good mixed with HSN white chocolate protein. I mix it with water and it dissolves very well. Ideal for when you are in a hurry and you can't eat anything.

I love it

It is the first time I buy it and I loved it, a little sweet for my taste. I have made waffles with the chocolate and cookie flour and with chocolate protein. They taste very good.

Good solube oats

Great product. Carbohydrate intake with little digestive volume. Be careful with the bag. Sometimes the zipper comes off.

Gran producto. Aporte de carbohidratos con apenas volumen digestivo. Cuidado con la bolsa. A veces se despega el cierre.
