Great for making healthy desserts
I love this oatmeal, I usually buy chocolate or double chocolate and it's delicious! I make a quick dessert in no time with it and it takes away my sweet cravings.

Good flour
Good product and quality flour with flavors, the only thing that costs to dissolve and lumps remain, otherwise this very good chocolate cookies.

Instant oat flour
Very useful.
I find this flavored flour very useful to add to many elaborations, pancakes, muffins, cookies, etc. and to provide that sweetness and to be able to do without sugar.

Very good option
It is excellent, I do not know if it will improve muscle recovery, but it certainly improves sleep and relaxation in a natural way.

Instant oat flour
The most convenient way to take carbohydrates
It's ideal for a volume where you can't get to calories with solid food, I even use it in coffee and it's a very simple way to squeeze in a couple hundred quality calories without realizing it.

Instant oat flour
Good product
A way to eat oatmeal with a very good taste, I have tried several flavors and none fails, plus it is not like other oat flours, this one has a creamy texture.
