Dissolves very well
Chocolate flavor cookies are taken perfectly and very good dissolution, I do not know if it is because it is not integral but mixed with protein is very light. I can't eat normal oatmeal and it's the only way I can include it in my diet.

A great flour
Great product for health. With a very acceptable dosage and good ingredients. I recommend it without a doubt. The only thing I miss is that it is integral.

Pancakes and desserts
I ordered the Lotus and the chocolate and lemon flavors and honestly, both flavors surprised me for the better. The Lotus tastes identical and the chocolate and lemon also but it is softer. I recommend them 100%.

Chocolate-cookies great
I loved it. It tastes very biscuity and slightly chocolatey. It smells delicious. I combine it with coffee and sweet milk flavored proteins and it is delicious. I have a delicate stomach and it suits me well. I highly recommend it.
Me ha encantado. Sabe mucho a galleta y ligeramente a chocolate.

Good product
I use this type of oat flour to prepare my pancakes along with egg whites. They are very tasty and give a sweet touch to the pancakes.
