Chocolate/Vanilla/Strawberry I’ve been using egg white protein for years—ever since I started the paleo diet 10 years ago, when I lost my ability to digest lactose. You have to know how to use them. The best and easiest way to prepare them is to put them in a shaker, add water, and use a milk frother like the one from Lidl. After 30 seconds, pack them in your bag, and they’ll taste delicious after your workout.

Good egg protein

I bought the chocolate flavor to replace whey because of the price hike, but I can't stand the eggy aftertaste it leaves if you drink it straight with water. However, if you mix it with oatmeal or rice cereal, that aftertaste isn't noticeable anymore. I don't like the packages because of the way they're sealed—they almost always tearand I have to seal them with a clip.

I think this is HSN's best protein, but I don't digest it very well—though that's because of the egg itself; otherwise, it's excellent.
