Solubility and taste

EVOEGG 2.0 (Egg albumin) Vanilla has a great taste and is very soluble, if you add it to soluble coffee it looks like a cold cappuccino, and if you add a teaspoon of soy lecithin granules it makes a very tasty cream.

EVOEGG 2.0 (ALBUMINA DE OVO) Baunilha tem um paladar optimo e bem soluvel, se juntar com cafe soluvel parece mesmo capuccino frio, juntando uma colher de cafe de lecitina de soja granulado faz um creme bem gostoso.

Comfortable

I loved it. It dissolves perfectly with water and is just like egg white and the vanilla one is perfect for pancakes with oatmeal.

I have not succeeded

It tastes a bit eggy, with the white chocolate and lemon flavor :S :S :S. It foams a lot with the amount of water it mentions 80% foam. I have not been successful with this product. The other Whey I have tried is great.

Se nota un poco el sabor a huevo, con el sabor chocolate blanco y limón :S :S. Hace mucha espuma con la cantidad de agua que menciona 80% espuma. No he acertado con este producto. Las demás Whey que he probado geniales.

Hola David, A pesar de que desarrollamos los sabores óptimos para cada producto gracias al trabajo de un equipo específico para este fin, debes tener en cuenta que las proteínas de albúmina siempre van a tener un regusto propio que no es posible eliminar. Si vienes de utilizar una proteína de suero de leche, que tiene un sabor mucho más neutro, es normal que notes el cambio. Respecto a la formación de espuma, de nuevo, también es algo característico de la proteína de albúmina de huevo; puedes reducirla disminuyendo el tiempo de agitación, ya que esta proteína se mezcla más fácilmente que la whey; y cuando se forme la espuma, dejando reposar el batido unos segundos para que se empiece a reducir hasta su desaparición total. Great

The strawberry flavor is very well achieved, it dissolves perfectly with cold water, after shaking very hard you get zero lumps. I had to choose the egg protein, because the whey protein concentrate caused inflammation in the tendons of my hands, after two weeks my hands hurt just by picking up an empty glass or opening a door. My nutritionist told me that I was allergic to some compound in the buttermilk. I bought two bags of buttermilk and returned the unopened unopened one. HSN customer service was perfect in the return. Thank you very much. With the egg protein I have no allergic reactions. Everything is perfect. And you can see visible muscle results in 2/3 weeks.

El sabor de fresa está muy bien conseguido, se disuelve perfectamente con agua fría, tras agitar bien fuerte se consigue cero grumos. Tuve que escoger la proteína de huevo, porque la proteína de concentrado de suero de leche me provocaba inflamación en los tendones de las manos, a las dos semanas me dolía las manos con el simple hecho de coger un vaso vacío o abrir una puerta. Mi nutricionista me dijo que soy alérgico a algún compuesto del suero de leche. Compré dos bolsas de suero de leche y devolví la que estaba cerrada sin estrenar. El servicio de atención al cliente de HSN se portó perfecto en la devolución. Mil gracias. Con la proteína de huevo no tengo reacciones alérgicas. Todo perfecto. Y se notan resultados visibles musculares en 2/3 semanas.
