Excellent product, but uncomfortable packaging
I love this product and have been taking it for over a year. In the end, since the packaging is quite cumbersome, I put it in a bottle and it is much more convenient for me.

Very good, only the presentation is lacking
The only thing I would change is the presentation. I take 3g daily for SOP and the mini-doser is really uncomfortable.... It gets lost in the middle of the powders, it's too small. For the rest, product and service 10!

Good product, decent
It is a good format, although they should change the dosing spoon because it is very small and short, I had to make an adjustment. I don't have PCOS, but I do have very complicated and heavy periods, with many hormonal mood swings. It has helped me a lot, and even a week after I stopped taking it I had a pretty intense emotional breakdown, so I understand that it works. Very good, yes sir.
Es un buen formato, aunque deberían cambiar la cucharilla dosificadora porque es muy pequeña y corta, he tenido que hacerle un apaño. No tengo SOP, pero sí menstruaciones muy complicadas y abundantes, con muchos cambios de humor hormonales. Me ha ayudado bastante, e incluso una semana que dejé de tomarlo me vino un bajón emocional bastante intenso, con lo que entiendo que funciona. Muy bien, sí señor.

For premenstrual syndrome
It helps mitigate some symptoms. It has the ability to stabilize mood and that is something I was very frustrated with. Not to say it's miraculous, maybe it depends on the dosage, but I use the mini-dose in coffee and it's working pretty well for me. It dissolves well in coffee and is a sweet but faint taste. I found it very useful, although you have to be careful if you are hypertensive. Well, someone with hypertension tried it and there was an event of a brutal drop in blood pressure as he was already on antihypertensive treatment. However, I do believe that for a healthy woman on those prem. days it helps to level out migraines and mood swings somewhat by combining it with Passionflower.
Ayuda a mitigar algunos síntomas. Tiene la capacidad de estabilizar el estado de ánimo y es algo que me frustraba mucho. No quiere decir que es milagroso, quizá dependa de la dosis, pero yo uso la minidosis en el café y me está yendo bastante bien. Se disuelve bien en el café y es un sabor dulce pero tenue. Lo encontré muy útil, aunque hay que tener cuidado si eres hipertenso. Pues alguien hipertenso lo probó y hubo un evento de una bajada de tensión brutal al tener ya un tratamiento antihipertensivo. Sin embargo si que creo que para una mujer saludable en esos días prem. ayuda a nivelar algo las migrañas y los cambios de humor combinándolo con Pasiflora.
