Surprising effects

Good, but not wonderful

I use it to help with insulin resistance. At first it worked wonderfully, but after a few days it no longer had such a marked effect. I still use it and take good care of my diet and activity and I see improvements.

Lo uso para ayudarme a con la resistencia a la insulina. Al inicio funcionaba de maravilla, pero luego de unos días ya no tenía el efecto tan marcado. Aún así lo uso y cuido bien mi alimentación y actividad y veo mejorías.

It helps me regulate my menstrual cycles and helps me not to delay ovulation so much. I take 4g daily, it dissolves quite well and hardly has any taste.

Me ayuda a regular los ciclos menstruales y a que no se retrase tanto la ovulación. Tomo 4g diarios, se disuelve bastante bien y apenas tiene sabor.

It tastes sweet but not overly so I think it's great. I've just started using it so I'll see if it helps with acne problems I've been having lately.
