I started taking it because it was the best priced inositol I could find, after 3 months I can say that I don't feel the same discomfort when ovulating and during my period, although I can't say if it was a causal relationship or if it is due to other factors. I think I can say that my acne is reduced, or at least the inflammation is reduced, when I take it vs. when I don't take it for several days.
