They are perfect for when you don't have time

already mixed in a good proportion, they are great to have the oatmeal and prot all in one already mixed... super fast and they are phenomenal to take.

I did not like the taste

I chose the apple and cinnamon flavored ones and the truth is that I didn't like them, I found the taste very artificial and too sweet, maybe it's because I'm used to unflavored oatmeal?

Escogí las de sabor manzana y canela y la verdad es que no me han gustado, me ha parecido un sabor muy artificial y demasiado dulce, puede que sea que yo estoy acostumbrado a la avena sin sabor...
