Very good option for pre post workout combines carbohydrates and high quality protein. I have tried the vegan option and it is very tasty and now I want to try the normal one, the only downside is that there are few flavors, white chocolate as suggestion. Add stock of this product please.

Express porridge
Interesting option if you are short of time and want to prepare a quick breakfast with good macros. In my case I usually mix it with whey protein, because I mostly take it as a post-workout. It is true that the best (I've only tried vanilla) could be improved, for my taste it is too sweet.
Opción interesante si andas corto de tiempo y quieres preparar un desayuno rápido y con buenas macros. En mi caso suelo mezclarlo con proteína de whey, pues sobre todo lo tomo como post-entreno. Es cierto que el mejor (sólo he probado vainilla) se podría mejorar, para mi gusto está demasiado dulce
