It's oatmeal and that's it, however, I love the texture of this one in particular, plus, buying the big package, the savings is very very big, it's worth it.

HSN oat flakes have a better quality composition compared to others found in any supermarket. I use them for all recipes and the taste is great, the 1 kg package is convenient.

What to say about oat flakes. They are always a top product for a variety of recipes and they are super satiating. This HSN product is rolled and somewhat crushed flakes. My suggestion is that they have this product and another one that is the whole flake, there are people who like it whole.
Que decir de los copos de avena. Un producto siempre top para variedad de recetas y quedan súper sacientas. Este de HSN son copos laminados y algo triturados. Mi sugerencia es que tuviesen este producto y otro que fuese la hojuela entera, hay gente que le gusta entera.
