Mixed with Greek yogurt or milk, they taste great; they offer excellent value for the price, and since they come in a resealable bag, they last a long time without going bad. To make them porridge-like, let them soak for a while, stir, and wait a little longer; for a consistency in between, just stir and let them sit for a couple of minutes.

Mezclado con yogur griego, o con leche, están muy buenos, calidad precio excelente, y al venir en bolsa sellable duran muchísimo tiempo sin ponerse malos. Para hacer efecto gachas, dejar un rato sumergidos, remover y esperar otro poco, para algo intermedio remover y dejar un par de minutos solamente.
