Recommended in most muscle building books to improve joints. I usually mix it with hydrolyzed collagen plus magnesium, and the truth is that I have not had any more pain in my elbows or knees. The flavors of the collagen all the ones I tried were good (pineapple, orange and red fruits).

Lo suelo mezclar con colageno hidrolizado mas magnesio, y la verdad que no he vuelto a tener dolor en los codos o rodillas. Continued use for effectiveness
This is used by my father for knee pain along with MSM and turmeric. All of this must be long term supplementation because only then does he feel improvement.

From the Raw range it is perfect for me, I also take the msm and I do very well with both. If you had chondroitin in the RAW range I would also buy it.

Excellent glucosamine sulfate and quality
I take 0.5g in the evening with 1g MSM powder from HSN. Helps relieve my joint pain and regain some elasticity. The flavor is neutral and tasteless and dissolves well in water. HNS is always at the top with its quality products and its seriousness.
J'en prends le soir 0.5g avec 1g MSM en poudre de HSN. Permet de soulager mes douleurs articulaires et de retrouver une certaine élasticité. La saveur neutre et sans goût et se dissou bien dans l'eau.

I bought it to help my joints because of some overexertion sometimes they hurt a little, I take it with some chondroitin/glucosamine/etc. pills and it has improved the pain a lot.

Basic for joint health.
After many years of training with heavy loads, some joint wear and tear is normal. In my case, using it constantly (this is very important, consistency) results in better joint sensation, less inflammation and better mobility. I usually combine it in the same shake with collagen and MSM, always in raw and HSN format. It's good for you and you save money.
Tras muchos años de entrenamiento con cargas pesadas, es normal cierto desgaste articular. En mi caso, usarlo de manera constante (esto es muy importante, la constancia) redunda en mejor sensación articular, menos inflamación y mejor movilidad. Suelo combinarlo en un mismo batido con colágeno y MSM, siempre en formato raw y de HSN. Cunde y economizas.

It is still too early to give an opinion on the effectiveness of the product, although I suppose it will be good like all HSN products. The scoop is mini and is easily lost in the product.
