I bought it as a boost to get some kcal and clean carbs up. It dissolves very well in the shake (I mix it with whey protein in post). It's neutral flavor and the macros are great as it has no fats or sugars and provides a little extra protein too. i recommend it!
Me la he comprado como empujón para subir algo de kcal e hidratos limpios. Se disuelve muy bien en el batido (yo lo mezclo con whey protein en el post). Es sabor neutro y los macros están muy bien ya que no tiene grasas ni azucares y aporta también un pequeño extra de proteínas. ¡Lo recomiendo!
