Neutral flavor. To prepare it as if it were cream of rice, it is quite good. The texture and creaminess is logically not the same as the cream of rice but it is not bad. In my case, when I use the neutral flavor I usually add chocolate protein or a banana and it tastes pretty good.
Sabor neutro. Para prepararla como si fuese crema de arroz va bastante bien. La textura y cremosidad lógicamente no es igual que la de la crema de arroz pero no está mal. En mi caso al usar la de sabor neutro le suelo agregar proteína de chocolate o un plátano y queda bastante bien de sabor.

Cheap gluten-free flour
I use it as a gluten-free flour for baking bread and ordered it because it is really very cheap. It is very neutral in taste. I therefore mix it with other flours when baking.
