Delivers what it promises

The good thing is not only that it thickens, which it does very well with a small amount that you add, but it does not leave any aftertaste or diminish the flavor, as it happens to me with xanthan, for me it is essential in porridge.

Good thickener

I bought the guar gum with the idea of making creamier ice creams this summer and I liked using it, because with a little bit it helps the texture of the ice creams, they are less crystallized, and it gives a lot since it is only used a little bit at a time. It's great for sauces and other preparations, so it's a good buy.
