Xanthan gum powder
Totally effective.
It has been a long time, years, since I bought a single jar. Its thickening power is incredible and since you use such a small amount, it lasts a long time since you don't have to use it for everything. So, in the long run it is economical.

Good buy
I took it basically to try to make healthy ice cream at home and I can not be more satisfied. Very good quality/price ratio.

Xanthan gum powder
Very good
Xanthan gum is fantastic. It dissolves very well in oil. It has a high quality and is appreciable for the quantities that one has to use. In addition, the price is often one of the lowest on the market.
