Worthwhile

It is quite cheap and fulfills its function, its effects are noticeable. The only bad thing is that it tastes pretty bad.

Effective and unpleasant

It is effective, but also unpleasant. The bitterness is quite intense and I do not understand that the doser is 400mg when the recommended dose is 200mg. In general everyone is accustomed to use as a measure of dosage the dosing device itself and I imagine that more than one like me, has passed before realizing the detail in question. The taste is a real handicap, although otherwise the product is as good as can be expected. If they get something more neutral, 10 out of 10.

Efectiva es, pero desagradable también. El amargor es bastante intenso y tampoco entiendo que el dosificador se de 400mg cuando la dosis recomendada es 200mg. En general todo el mundo está acostumbrado a usar como medida de dosis el propio dosificador e imagino que mas de uno como yo, se ha pasado antes de darse cuenta del detalle en cuestión. Lo del sabor es un verdadero handicap, aunque por lo demás el producto es todo lo bueno que se puede esperar. Si consiguen algo mas neutro, 10 de 10.

Indispensable in your pre-workout

It does its job perfectly with the recommended dosage. I take it 20 minutes before training and it recharges your batteries. Great for progressing and improving your cardio and strength training. Highly recommended product without a doubt.
